Here is a brand new Writing for Radio workshop suitable for all levels of writing experience. Come and find out how to think aurally and make the most of your writing skills on the airwaves.
We’ll focus on how to create soundscapes, atmosphere, and locations, as well as creating characters and telling a story using sound, music, silence and speech. You will get a chance to discover and try out techniques to make your radio script stand out and be heard above the cacophony in the BBC Writersroom and on the Internet. A totally aural experience!
