This PopUp Workshop is taking place in an art studio belonging to artist, Frank Mcclean, and will also be part of the new ArtWrite project. Drawing on the paintings and sculptures in the studio and in the nearby Glove Factory, surrounded by stunning Wiltshire countryside, writers will be given a series of writing challenges which may include monologues, dialogues, or poetry. We will also experiment with perspective, colour, tone, and bringing inanimate objects to life.
I couldn’t be more excited and inspired myself to be offering this workshop courtesy of Janet and Frank McClean – I always find artworks such a rich source of drama, comedy and creativity.
